Kat - Kennel Manager with OVH since 2010

Kat is a native to the Pacific Northwest who grew up in Lake Oswego and has always had a heart for animals. The four-legged loves of her life are Albert, her 14 year old high maintenance kitty, Mico the feisty Basenji mix, Penelope the sweet Min Pin mix and the newest addition to the family Miss Sophie - the worlds best purr bucket. Her absolute love of all animals shines through in her daily care taking and nurturing of our guests here at OVH.

In her off duty time Kat and her fiance Michael like to mountain ski, hike central Oregon and go for dog walks. Kat enjoys cooking, sewing and making jewelry when she can find the time.

Devin  - Animal Caretaker with OVH since 2010

Devin joined the OVH team in the Fall of 2010, shortly after moving to the Portland area from Austin, Texas.

Coming from years of experience working in the equine world, he is thrilled to be caring for all the furry, feathery, and scaly friends that come through the OVH doors. While he has no pets of his own, Devin constantly misses his two family dogs, Clara and Orlaith, who live back home in his native New York.

Outside of work, you'll find Devin hiking, riding his bike, or catching some live music in Portland. He is currently taking classes and working toward eventually applying to Veterinary School.
